My mom has arthritis and she's super thankful I bought this! What a wonderful machine! We absolutely LOVE it!! There isn’t anything negative to say about this except that it won’t open those TINY (1.5” wide) jars as the gripper can’t close over them. We no longer have to pound the jar on the cabinet, run it under hot water or take my butter knife to the lid!! The ease of putting in the batteries, setting up the machine so it stays on the jar and pushing the button are all soooo easy!! We will buy this again and it’s worth every penny!!
